We are now collating patient feedback via SMS, you will receive a text message after your appointment at the surgery, this text will ask you to rate our surgery and give any other feedback. This enables us to improve our service and also recognises our team for positive feedback. The feedback is shared with the team on a monthly basis by the practice manager.
